" #MYF Day1 of Week3 completed yesterday...don't even have any words just that wanted to cry! I found it super hard to finish...the requada & vingativa killed and really struggled with the 3 sets of this and then couldn't finish 3 sets of 10 au press-ups. Managed the first set and then had to just do normal press-ups! But improvement takes sacrifice and pain so BRING IT ON!!!!! "

Really enjoyed this training and the final sequence, was a lot of fun. I was very happy that my back didn’t hurt, but I took some extra time warming up in the beginning.
