That was tough but I enjoyed it a lot!
Week 2 day 2 no burpees makes a big difference!

Also did the Acroflow of #MYF week 3. Really enjoyed this training and the final sequence, was a lot of fun 🤸
I was very happy that my back didn't hurt, but I took some extra time warming up in the beginning.
Also I'm starting to get more confident on the macaco drills.
Today I did one full sessions, it was hard, but I'm feeling much stronger...
